Search Public Court Records Online! This is your one stop source for finding Montgomey County public records.. Montgomery County Auditor Want to find out who owns a problem property in in Montgomery County??  Here is your link!!  Just click on the "Property Records" tab and you can search by addresss.  You can take the owners name and search that to see if they own other porperties, this is useful for determining where a landlord lives.  Housing Citation Property Search Use the property search to check property address for open housing violations.  This is also the same link to use for the Disclosure Ordinance. Superpages Reverse Address Look Up This is one of the most useful tools a neighborhood can have.  Click on this link and just enter the street name and zip code and it will give you all the public listed phone numbers for that street.  You can use this to check on a neighbor that you might not know very well, or to spread the word about something!  I use this to look up problem landlords, if you search by the street you get better results due to street name prefixes and suffixes.  Montgomery County Sexual Offenders Use this link to check out the stats of offenders in our area, as well as some other useful information.  I HIGHLY suggest signing up for the email notification to get email alerts from the sheriff's's office.  Prostitution Related Arrests Looking for love in all the wrong places! Report Graffiti Use this link to report graffiti in you area.  The city of Dayton tracks graffiti, and there was a recent atricle in the paper about this data being used by the government on a federal level.  Report a Litterer Online Report them through the Keep Montgomery County 's (KMCB) Report a Litterer program.  The Report a Litterer program allows citizens to turn in any people they observe tossing things out of their vehicle or accidentally littering from an uncovered load.  It's simple. All you need to do is write down a few things about the incident. You will need the license plate number ( Ohio plates only), make of the vehicle, time of day, location, date, who (driver, passenger or accidental) tossed the trash and the item littered.  When KMCB receives the information it is compared to Ohio 's vehicle registration database and an exact match is located.
